• To adjust the action of the Smart Fish Dodger, turn the fins to your desired setting (a 12 is molded into the product as a guide), our testing has yielded excellent results with the 8:00, 10:00 and 12:00 settings run behind 3 colors of Lead Core off a downrigger - producing great Chinook Salmon catches. For Chinook, troll between 2.2 and 2.5 miles per hour.
